Christmas evokes my inner spirit in ways that no other holiday can. Cold weathers, gleaming twinkle lights, red and green decor, roaring fires, and cozy blankets engulf my mind as I savor every moment of this dazzling season. This is a time of giving, a time of remembering, celebrating, and even mourning.
This year I prayed as I hung each individual ornament. Hundreds of prayers as I "decked the halls", surrounding me in a wall of faith that can not be moved. This Christmas I have many things on my mind and I find refuge in trusting His plans for me.
I am so blessed in all that I have, in all that I've done. Blessed for my family, my home, friends who love me, clarity that brings light to dark places in my life, blessed in opportunity, and blessed in the strength to always strive to help those around me and to always reach for goals bigger than myself or than my mind could ever fathom. I am so thankful for my faith and trust in the Lord, as He guides me through this journey of life, and I know His plans for me are beyond anything I could imagine. I'm thankful for a family who loves and supports us; for never forcing us to choose, and always showing love no matter what the circumstances may be.
I am thankful and blessed beyond words for my business, my incredible clients, and the ability I've been granted to capture others through my lens. My life is forever filled with love and art and feeling that only the work of my camera could evoke. I am excited for the future and for the next incredible year, knowing that 2011 will be another blessing of love and opportunity.
I wish you all a wonderful Christmas season and a fabulous New Year!!
