Need Bridal Models for June!!
We need models and wedding gowns for our shoot in June. We are looking to photograph down on the river, probably on the Vancouver, WA side off the Evergreen exit off HWY 14. My sister Katie has graciously said she would do hair and makeup for those interested (we need to schedule times if you want this service). We have 4 gowns for sure, but need more. I am trying to find some from friends willing to let me borrow them, so if you know anyone, please send them my way. Last shoot was hard with so many people. I am debating about scheduling models at different time intervals so we have a chance to shoot everyone. We will only have so much light in the evening, but with the limited locations, it shouldn't be a problem to finish before dark. All models will have access to download the full-resolution images after the shoot. This is a non-paid gig with the intention of helping models build their portfolios. La Purisima Mission
We all have these places... these places that feel like "home". Places where you can feel everything around you all at once. Places where taking in a breath leads to a happiness that you can't find anywhere else. This is my place of refuge; my love affair of places.
Wind moves freely through elongated courtyards. Cobblestone paths lead to unknown secret places that once housed the souls of angels. This is my place. Within these walls, His spirit resides; I am still shocked by its strength. Only very few places do I feel this amount of heaviness of His spirit. I savor every morsel, devouring the peace of existence. Sky separates the clouds from earth, vast landscapes gripping the edges of surroundings, as if embraced in strong arms. Silence. Utter silence. Gripping my core, causing my breath to resonate in my ears. Walking the portico, I imagine years gone by; each step taken in a new direction but all ending on the same path. Under this umbrella of sunshine, all is calm, and all is how it should be. Gazing out on this sacred land I watch birds darting to and fro... Clarity abounds and weakness is done away and in this moment things are exactly how they should be....
